CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes, you may need to cancel an appointment. We totally get it! Just like you, our time is precious, and other clients might miss out on a chance to schedule during your slot.
To make it fair for everyone, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, this policy will apply. And if you can't make it to your appointment, the same rule goes.
But here's the good news: the first time you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we'll gladly let you reschedule without any charge. We're here to make your experience as smooth as possible!
WHEN CANCELLATION FEES WILL APPLY?
If you find yourself needing to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment more than once,
a cancellation fee will be applied. The fee for a canceled booking is half the cost of your consultation, which was originally scheduled and then canceled. Similarly, if you make a booking but can't make it and forget to let us know, a canceled booking fee may apply. Again, it's half the value of your consultation fee for that particular booking that didn't work out. Thank you for understanding that these fees help us keep everything running smoothly.
WE’LL AVOID THE FEE AS BEST AS WE CAN, IF YOU CAN TOO.
We really don't want you to incur any cancellation fees. If you believe the fee isn't fair or your situation was beyond your control, we're more than happy to review it on a case-by-case basis. Please give us a call 24 hours before your appointment to prevent the fee and to give others the opportunity to book your time slot.
